About Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch®

The Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America awards are determined through a rigorous and independent peer-review process. Attorneys are nominated by their peers, and each nomination is then evaluated through confidential feedback from leading lawyers in the same geographic region and practice area. Candidates are assessed on the basis of their legal ability, professional integrity, and overall excellence in practice.

This recognition is reserved for attorneys who, despite being in the earlier stages of their careers, have already distinguished themselves for their skill, professionalism, and contributions to the practice of law. Inclusion in this category is widely regarded as a meaningful indicator of an attorney’s future leadership within the legal community.
