Raised in Long Beach, CA, he has spent his career serving individuals and families throughout Southern California.
Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Serafano is an active member of his community. He serves as an AYSO Referee to support his daughter’s soccer team, ensuring they have the necessary points to qualify for playoffs.
