Nina Tahsini

Nina Tahsini is a dedicated attorney at Reel Fathers Rights APC who brings a strategic, client-centered, and solutions-oriented approach to legal practice. Admitted to the State Bar of California in 2025, Nina utilizes her deep understanding of legal strategy and complex conflict dynamics to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients.

Client-Centered Focus on Strategy and Resolution
A key component of Nina’s practice is her strong background in conflict resolution. She completed the intensive 40-hour Mediation Essentials training program through the Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution, providing her with advanced negotiation and conflict theory skills crucial for navigating high-stakes disputes. Nina further demonstrated her commitment to practical legal education by teaching a Divorce Course in partnership with the Legal Aid Center of Nevada, guiding community members through the procedural complexities of divorce filings.

Before her admission to the bar, Nina gained valuable litigation experience as a Law Clerk, where she conducted extensive legal research, drafted critical motions, memos, and pleadings for criminal defense cases, and assisted senior attorneys in developing core case strategies. Her experience gathering key facts through client and witness interviews allows her to build strong, detailed narratives to support our clients’ objectives.

Nina earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas – Boyd School of Law, where she conducted a year-long research project on the legal implications of celebrity attorneys and privacy laws. She graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Long Beach.
