Adam brings a wealth of experience from both civil litigation and specialized legal practice. He began his career as a law clerk at Rockwood & Noziska LLP in the Greater San Diego Area, where he worked under seasoned trial litigators on complex civil litigation cases, focusing on construction defect cases involving single-family homes, residential communities, and commercial developments. After transitioning to a full-time Associate Attorney role at the same firm (2018–2021), he honed his skills in legal research, drafting, and trial preparation.
Adam later expanded his expertise at the Law Offices of Preston Easley APC (2022), where he prosecuted claims on behalf of injured longshoremen and other claimants, demonstrating his ability to handle high-stakes litigation. At Cosgrove, Humphrey & Weisman (2022–2023), he drafted pleadings, assisted with wills and trusts, and represented clients in court hearings. Most recently, at Bochnewich Law Offices (2023–2025), Adam focused on wills, trusts, and probate estate litigation, further developing his proficiency in estate planning and probate law.
