ABOUT ADAM LUBLINER — INLAND EMPIRE FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY

Adam Lubliner is an Associate Attorney at Reel Fathers Rights APC, operating from the firm’s Corona office and serving fathers across Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and the broader Inland Empire. He brings to his family law practice a multi-disciplinary litigation background — spanning complex civil litigation, maritime injury claims, wills and trusts, and probate estate disputes — combined with elite trial advocacy training through the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) Family Law Program. This combination of diverse courtroom preparation and intensive family-law-specific trial training gives Inland Empire fathers an advocate who is rigorously prepared for the demands of contested family court proceedings.

Adam earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from Whittier College. His academic grounding in philosophy and analytical writing directly sharpened the critical reasoning and persuasive argumentation skills that are the foundation of effective courtroom advocacy. Since joining Reel Fathers Rights in September 2025, he has applied his extensive pre-family-law litigation background to the representation of fathers in divorce, child custody, child support, and property division proceedings across the Inland Empire.

NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR TRIAL ADVOCACY (NITA) FAMILY LAW PROGRAM GRADUATE, 2025

Adam is a 2025 graduate of the prestigious National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) Family Law Program — widely regarded as the gold standard in American trial advocacy education and the training program of choice for practicing attorneys who want to develop or sharpen their courtroom skills under the instruction of experienced trial lawyers and judges.

The NITA Family Law Program is an intensive, immersive, skills-based curriculum conducted through live simulated family law trials, depositions, direct and cross-examinations, and courtroom proceedings. Unlike academic legal education, NITA training is evaluated in real time by practicing litigators who provide immediate, critical feedback on witness examination technique, evidentiary objection strategy, opening and closing argument construction, and overall courtroom presentation. Completing the NITA Family Law Program is a substantive professional credential that demonstrates commitment to trial excellence — and for fathers whose cases may go to hearing or trial in Riverside or San Bernardino County courts, it means their attorney has been rigorously trained in the precise skills those proceedings demand.

MULTI-DISCIPLINARY LITIGATION BACKGROUND: CIVIL, MARITIME, PROBATE & FAMILY LAW

Adam’s litigation career before joining Reel Fathers Rights spans multiple disciplines that directly enrich his Inland Empire family law practice. He began as a law clerk and then Associate Attorney at Rockwood & Noziska LLP in the Greater San Diego Area, where he handled complex civil litigation focused on construction defect cases involving single-family homes, residential communities, and commercial developments — cases requiring detailed factual analysis, expert witness coordination, and sustained litigation strategy. He subsequently prosecuted high-stakes admiralty and maritime injury claims on behalf of injured longshoremen at the Law Offices of Preston Easley APC, developing experience with contested damages presentations and complex causation arguments in adversarial proceedings.

At Cosgrove, Humphrey & Weisman, Adam drafted pleadings, represented clients in court hearings, and gained foundational experience with wills and trusts. At Bochnewich Law Offices (2023–2025), he focused on wills, trusts, and probate estate litigation — expertise with direct application in family law matters involving trust characterization in dissolution proceedings, the tracing of separate property contributions, and inheritance disputes that arise during divorce. This breadth of litigation experience across civil, maritime, estate, and family law gives Adam a perspective on complex financial disputes and contested proceedings that benefits the fathers he represents in Inland Empire courts.

CHILD CUSTODY, DIVORCE & PROPERTY DIVISION FOR INLAND EMPIRE FATHERS

At Reel Fathers Rights, Adam represents fathers in divorce, child custody, child support, and property division proceedings across Riverside County and San Bernardino County. His experience across multiple litigation disciplines — civil, maritime, probate, and now family law — means he approaches each case with the analytical rigor and evidentiary discipline that complex cases demand. His ability to navigate both high-conflict disputes and cases suited to negotiated resolution ensures that each client receives the strategic approach best suited to their circumstances.

His background in probate estate matters is particularly valuable in high-asset Inland Empire dissolution cases where separate property tracing, trust characterization, or the treatment of inherited assets is disputed. These financial dimensions of family law require the same analytical precision that probate estate litigation demands — and Adam brings that precision to every property division matter he handles.

Adam appears from the firm’s Corona office before all Riverside County family law venues: the Riverside Family Court at 4175 Main Street, the Menifee Courthouse serving the Menifee and Sun City communities, the Indio Courthouse at 46-200 Oasis Street serving Palm Desert and the Coachella Valley, and the Blythe Courthouse serving eastern Riverside County.

For San Bernardino County matters, Adam appears at the San Bernardino Historic Courthouse at 351 North Arrowhead Avenue, the Rancho Cucamonga Courthouse at 8303 Haven Avenue, the Barstow Courthouse serving the High Desert, and the 29 Palms Courthouse at 6527 White Feather Road serving Twentynine Palms and Yucca Valley.
