Senior Trial Attorney
Mr. Serafano limits his practice to Family Law Matters. These matters include dissolution, paternity, spousal and child support, property division, child custody and visitation. His practice also includes domestic violence and contempt of court matters.
He has represented high net worth individuals to small business owners with their family law matters. He helps the clients define and attain their goals through resolution or trial and is sensitive to client’s needs during this difficult time.
Attorney Serafano earned his law degree from University of California, Davis School of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Claremont McKenna College with a double major in History and P.P.E. (Political Science, Philosophy and Economics). He was raised in Long Beach, CA and has practiced law in Southern California for nearly 30 years.
Mr. Serafano serves as an AYSO Referee to help his daughter’s team have enough points to participate in playoffs.
