Brian D. Mullen

Over the past several years, Brian has established himself as a dominant force in complex child custody and financial litigation. He delivers results for his clients. Notably, in July 2024, Brian won a highly contested trial permitting his client to relocate their children to Germany, overcoming significant opposition.

Brian’s expertise extends deep into high-net-worth financial matters, from business valuations to enforcing family law judgments. He is known for creative, aggressive legal strategies; he recently convinced a veteran family law jurist to appoint a receiver for spousal support collection—marking the first time that judge had ever ordered such a measure.
